Musescore is a free sheet music editing app you can download on your laptop. If you have it, you will be able to download the .mscz files and transpose or edit the sheet music to your liking. You can even listen to the song being played on musescore if you’re having trouble reading the sheet music.
The number next to the title is the number of the song in the book “كتاب التراتيل المارونية”. That either blue or brown every church choir seems to have.
The blue notes are basically what the instruments can play but the choir doesn't sing. They’re not part of the melody and the song will be the same without them, but I just play them to make a song or hymn sound better.
